Family Law Clerk
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Clerk. The candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years working experience in a family law setting, be capable of preparing legal documents, financial statements, affidavits, orders, continuing records and other relevent productions. Must possess strong oral skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and other team members. Must be proficient in Divorcemate and PCLaw.
Corporate Business Law / Civil Litigation Clerk
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Corporate/Business Law. Real Estate and Civil Litigation experience would be an asset. Time management and proven organizational skills are a must. Candidate must be able to work independently, and excel in client communications. A working knowledge of PCLaw preferred.
